Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Chaos is embedded to the he Charged system Search (CSS) to solve Practical optimization problems. To improve the ability of global search, different chaotic maps are introduced and three chaotic-CSS methods are developed. A comparison of these variants and the standard CSS demonstrates the superiority and suitability of the selected variants for Practical civil optimization problems.

Abstract: 

Reviewing the existing litrature indicates that there is no standard model or framework for implementing Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization (Iran TVTO)’s skill assesment and tests. And no reseach or work has been done in this area. So, this subject is new in the Technical and Vocational Training (TVT) litrature. The main objective of the paper was to introduce “A Practical Model to Improve Iran TVTO’s Skill Assessment system”. The research method was sequesntioal exploratory mixed model. The respondants in qualitative research phase included 200 trainees (testees), 10 skill test designers and 20 managers and experts from Bushehr Provincial TVT Head office. Open and axial coding were used for data analysis. The research findings can be aid to policy making, designing, and improving Iran TVTO’s Skill Assessment system.

Abstract: 

This paper presents enhancement of power system dynamic stability by using unified power flow controller with assuming several real conditions and Practical power system constraints. In control method design, we used all four UPFC basic controllers simultaneously with reducing conflict of them by compromising between its control variables. Optimization problem have been used with regarding some constraints of the system and unified power flow controller. Particle swarm optimization algorithm has used to optimize power oscillation damping based on unified power flow controller with an objective function. Simulation results in several multi-machine test power systems demonstrate the capability of applied control system with regarding many constraints and limits of power system and UPFC in different scenarios.

Abstract: 

Accurate locating of fault in power distribution system (PDS) can significantly improve the reliability indices. In this paper, a new simple and Practical method is proposed for estimating the section and distance of fault in PDS. In the proposed method, at first the protective devises are allocated and then specially set in such a way that they are coordinated and the unique current pattern is generated at the beginning of feeder for fault in each section. For approving and analyzing the accuracy of the proposed method, the method is tested on two test feeders and one real feeder of Bushehr Distribution Company under different fault conditions. Also, in the real test system two actual faults are applied and the section of fault is correctly determined by the proposed method.

Abstract: 

To identify the shortcomings and challenges facing the academic guidance program in the Iranian educational system, as reflected in over fifty years of research in this area, more than fifty research reports are examined and the ups and downs of this program are analyzed. It is apparent that this program is not adequately implemented and its goals are not achieved. The analysis of the research findings has led to the recognition of a set of hurdles that keep this program from being successful. Suggestions as to how overcome these hurdles or inhibitors are given: creating the right context, clarification of society’ s needs and possibilities, improving the knowledge and skills of the guidance staff, attempting to know and guide students continuously and seriously throughout their schooling years and up to the stage of competency in self-guidance, and continued evaluations and research on the topic.

Abstract: 

This study explores the motivational components within teacher rating systems and their impact on professional growth motivation. Employing a systematic review approach, it investigates texts pertaining to teacher rating systems, motivation, and professional development literature. By examining various texts and research findings on teacher motivation, factors influencing teacher ratings based on general, specialized, and professional competencies, as well as experience, are identified. Drawing parallels with Herzberg's motivational theory, this study provides recommendations to bolster teacher motivation and job satisfaction through improvements in the rating system.
